cup red wine vinegar |

tbsp dijon mustard |
| 8 |
fl oz orange juice |
| 2 |
tblsp shallots |
Directions
- drain tofu and cut into triangles
- dry fry tofu
- mix remaining ingredients, make a reduction.
- in VERY hot pan, add reduction to tofu. coat. cook till glazed.
