Shortbread triangles topped with melted chocolate and dried cranberries!

Ingredients
| 2 |
cups flour |
| 3/4 |
cup butter, softened |
| 1/4 |
cup sugar |
| 1/2 |
cup craisins |

grams Newman's Own Sweet Dark Chocolate |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together softened butter and sugar.
- Add flour to mixture.
- Press dough evenly into 8 x 8 inch square pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or until set but not yet brown.
- Remove pan from oven and break chocolate into squares, spreading them evenly over the shortbread (chocolate chips can also be used).
- Let chocolate begin to melt over shortbread, then slowly spread with spatula, until even over the surface of the shortbread.
- Distribute dried cranberries evenly over chocolate.
- Cut shortbread into 16 pieces while still warm, cutting through both the chocolate layer and shortbread.
- Let chill in pan in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Remove from refrigerator and re-score cuts, break apart and remove from pan.
