cup tomatoes, chopped |

cups onions, chopped |

cups spinach, chopped |

cup basil |

cups chickpeas |

cloves garlic, diced |

T lemon juice |
Directions
- Saute onions and garlic till tender.
- Add tomatoes, spinach, basil, chickpeas, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add lemon juice and salt, pepper as desired. Serve.
