Broccoli Salad

Makes 12 servings

Broccoli Salad - Quick & Easy!

Ingredients
1/2 pound bacon
8 cups (2 heads) fresh broccoli, chopped
1/2 cup (bunch) green onions, chopped
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/8 tsp salt and pepper
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
Directions
  1. Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the bacon, broccoli, green onions, carrots and salt and pepper.

  3. In a small bowl whisk together the mayonnaise and vinegar. Pour dressing over vegetables and toss to coat evenly. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
