Teriyaki Shish Kabobs - Sirloin Recipe

Teriyaki Shish Kebobs w/sirloin and vegetables.

Ingredients
1 lbs. of sirloin steak, lean, chopped
1 green pepper, sliced
1 yellow pepper, sliced
1 small white onion, sliced
6 whole mushrooms
6 cherry tomatoes

Marinade:
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons of ketchup
1 tablespoon of white vinegar
1/8 teaspoon of diced garlic
1/8 teaspoon of pepper
Directions
Combine veg oil, soy sc, ketchup, white vinegar, garlic and pepper. whisk together and then place sirloin pieces in marinade. (you can leave this for an hour if you'd like, i just marinated them for about 30 min) Next, cut up all vegetables in 1 inch pieces (except for mushrooms and tomatoes). Soak skewers in water while chopping vegetables. Then put meat and vegetables on skewers. Grill on high heat and baste for first half of cooking w/leftover marinade.
