Ingredients
1 large turnip
3 medium carrots
1 zucchini
4 ounces pasta
1/2 fennel bulb
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 ounces parmesan cheese
1/4 cup dry white wine
Directions
  1. blanch veggies

  2. boil pasta

  3. mix with olive oil wine garlic pepper and cheese
