lemonade, master cleanse style

Makes 1 serving

a lemonade drink, made famous in 1941 to cleanse the body of toxins

Ingredients
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
8 oz. water
Directions
  1. squeeze about half a lemon

  2. add maple syrup

  3. add cayenne to taste, the more the better

  4. shake and drink
