| 1 | tbsp vegetable oil |
| 1 | large red onion |
| 1 | large tomato |
| 1 | large potato |
| 1/2 | green bell pepper |
| 20 | green beans |
| 1 | tsp ginger |
| 1 | tsp garlic |
| 1 | tsp cumin seed |
| 1 | tbsp cumin powder |
| 1 1/2 | tbsp coriander |
| 1/2 | tsp red chili powder |
| 1/2 | tsp turmeric |
| 1 | tbsp garam masala |
| 1 | cup nonfat yogurt |
- • Cut and boil French beans until soft with some salt in the boiling water for taste.
- • Bake potato until cooked.
- • Heat some oil in pan and add some cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste. When the seeds turn brown add the sliced onions and finely chopped green pepper.
- • Fry onions and green pepper until brown. Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric and red chili powder and fry for a min and a half.
- • Add the baked and cubed potatoes and the French beans and continue to fry for a couple min with constant stirring. Add some salt to taste.
- • Add the tomatoes and continue to cook for 5-8 min or until the tomatoes become watery.
- • Beat the yogurt till smooth consistency.
- • Add the yogurt to the curry and cook for 4-5 min in low flame.
- • Complete the dish by adding some salt as required, garam masala powder and some coriander to garnish.
- • Serve hot with some tortilla.
