No mayonnaise or oil! Fresh and delicious and less than one third of the calories of store bought dressing.

Ingredients

teaspoon black pepper |

tbsp grated onion |

tsp minced garlic |

dashes Louisiana hot sauce |

tbsp lemon juice |

tsp Worcestershire sauce |
| 1/2 |
tsp kosher salt |
| 1/4 |
tsp cayenne pepper |

teaspoons sugar |

ounces crumbled blue cheese |
Directions
- Combine ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Refrigerate for at least 24 hours for best flavour.
- 2 tablespoons per serving.
- This recipe uses Brown Cow Plain Cream Top yoghurt. For even fewer calories a low-fat yoghurt may be substituted.
