Not exactly great nutrition, but no bad in calories and good for a chocolate fix.
| 2 | cups of sugar |
| 1/2 | cup of milk |
| 3 | tablespoons of cocoa |
| 1/2 | cup of butter |
| 1/2 | cup of peanut butter |
| 1 | teaspoon of vanilla |
| 3 | cups of oatmeal |
- Bring sugar, milk, cocoa, and butter to a soft boil.
- Boil, while stiring, for two minutes.
- Take off heat.
- Add peanut butter, vanilla and oatmeal.
- Spoon onto wax paper or foil and let cool/harden.
- Makes 15 serving spoon size cookies.
