Piggy Turkey Pudding Recipe

slimmer version of piggy piggy pudding

Ingredients
16 oz sausage (turkey, link)
4 cups apples (tart, peeled, cored, sliced)
8 1/2 oz corn muffin mix (Jiffy)
1 egg
1/3 cup milk (non-fat)
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 450`

  2. PAM a non-stick skillet and cook sausages until done.

  3. Drain and arrange in a 9-inch baking dish.

  4. Layer sliced apples on top.

  5. Prepare corn muffin mix according to directions using the egg and non-fat milk.

  6. Pour the muffin mixture over ingredients layered in the pan.

  7. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until the muffin mix is cooked through.

  8. Serve with sugar-free, fat-free syrup.
