High fiber bar that uses up the whole can of pumpkin

Ingredients

cups Fiber One cereal |
| 29 |
oz. pumpkin (canned, Libby's) |
| 2 |
eggs |
| 1 1/2 |
cups flour |
| 1 1/2 |
cups Splenda |
| 2 |
tsp. baking powder |
| 1 |
tsp. baking soda |
| 1 |
tsp. ground ginger |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350`
- PAM a 13x9x2 inch cake pan.
- Place cereal in a resealable food-storage bag.
- Seal bag and crush cereal with a rolling pin, meat mallet, or in a food processor.
- In a large bowl beat pumpkin and eggs until blended.
- Spread evenly in prepared pan.
- Bake 35-40 minutes.
- Cut into 24 bars
