Blueberry Sherbert Recipe

This is life-changingly good!

Ingredients
2 c. fresh blueberries
1 c. sugar
2 c. fat-free buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
  1. Process blueberries in a food processor until smooth, scraping down sides as needed. Press blueberry puree through a fine wire sieve to remove seeds. To the puree, in a large bowl, add sugar, buttermilk, and vanilla. Stir until well blended.

  2. Pour blueberry mixture into freezer container of ice-cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.

  3. * 1 14 oz. bag of frozen blueberries, thawed, may be substituted for fresh.
