Delicious, flavorful salmon patties that can be served over rice, salad, or my favorite, couscous. Canned salmon (pre-cooked) is intended to be used in this recipe, although fresh salmon can be prepared instead if you so choose.
Ingredients: |

| 418 | grams sockeye salmon, (canned) bones and skin separated |
| 2 | egg whites or 1 egg |
| 2 | tablespoon Original Vegenaise |
| 1/2 | cup sweet onions, diced |
| 1 | tablespoon parsley |
| 1 | tablespoon garlic powder |
| 1/2 | tablespoon onion salt |
| 1/2 | cup breadcrumbs |
| 2 | tablespoons olive oil |
- Combine eggs, Vegenaise, parsley, garlic powder, and onion salt until consistent
- Add breadcrumbs and fold until they soak up the mixture
- Stir in salmon, and onions
- Make equal balls of mixture, and sauté in pan with olive oil until browned
