| 500 | g potato, boiled |
| 4 | tbsp semolina |
| 25 | g butter |
| 1 | egg |
| 2 | tbsp flour |
| 1 | pinch salt |
| 500 | g plum |
| 100 | g bread crumbs, |
| 50 | g sugar, vanilla sugar |
| 6 | tbsp yoghurt, (or sour cream) |
- Peel, boil and mash the potatoes
- While still warm , mix them with the semolina, flour, egg, butter and salt
- The mix should turn into a sticky dough (if the composition isn't hard enough add some flour)
- Spread the dough into a 0.5 inch sheet and cut it into squares. They should be big enough to fit in a plum or anything else you want to fill them with.
- Boil water in a pot (medium fire)
- Roll the pieces of dough and plum into balls.
- Place the balls as you make them into the boiling water.
- (They're ready when they surface.)
- Take them out on a plate.
- Mix the sugar, (vanilla) and bread crumbs.
- Roll the boiled dumplings through the mix.
- Serve cold or warm with yoghurt or sour cream
