25 g butter
1 egg

6 tbsp yoghurt, (or sour cream)
Directions
  1. Peel, boil and mash the potatoes

  5. Boil water in a pot (medium fire)

  6. Roll the pieces of dough and plum into balls.

  7. Place the balls as you make them into the boiling water.

  8. (They're ready when they surface.)

  9. Take them out on a plate.

  10. Mix the sugar, (vanilla) and bread crumbs.

  11. Roll the boiled dumplings through the mix.

  12. Serve cold or warm with yoghurt or sour cream
