Combine: |

| 1/2 | c. whole wheat flour |
| 1/4 | cup oatmeal |
| 3/4 | c. white flour |
| 3/4 | tsp. cinnamon |
| 3/4 | tsp. baking soda |
| 1 | tsp. baking powder |
Add: |
|
| 1/2 | c. skim milk |
| 1/2 | c. splenda |
| 3 | tbsp. applesauce |
| 1 | egg white |
- Stir the dry ingredients together. Blend the liquids together.
- Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the liquid. Stir just until moistened.
- Divide into 12 greased muffin tins. Bake at 400° for about 20 minutes.
