Applesauce Oat Muffin Recipe

A low calorie muffin with taste!

Ingredients

Combine:
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 cup oatmeal
3/4 c. white flour
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder

Add:
1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 c. splenda
3 tbsp. applesauce
1 egg white
Directions
  1. Stir the dry ingredients together. Blend the liquids together.

  2. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the liquid. Stir just until moistened.

  3. Divide into 12 greased muffin tins. Bake at 400° for about 20 minutes.
