Super Moist Banana Bread Recipe

This bread recipe is one of the only bread recipes that will yield a thoroughally cooked, moist, raised loaf of banana bread. I LOVE IT!!!

Ingredients
4 bananas
1 tbs. baking soda
4 eggs
4 cups flour
1/2 cup almonds
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup 1% milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
  1. Combine bananas, sugar, soda, and salt and blend in mixer at medium speed for one minute.

  2. add eggs, one at a time, then mix flour, oil and milk. Beat 2 minutes then fold in nuts.

  3. Pour batter into greased, floured loaf pans and sprinkle the top with cinnamon and/or brown sugar.

  4. Bake on center rack for 2.5 hours at 275 degrees.
