Sour Cream Enchiladas Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup onion, chopped
12 tortillas
224 g chicken breasts, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
4 ounces green chiles, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Combine soup, sour cream, and chiles for filling. Spread about 1/4 cup filling into the bottom of a greased 9x13 baking dish. Set aside 1 1/2 cups filling. Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces. Roll filling with cheese, onion and chicken into tortillas. Pour remaining filling on top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
