Vegetable and Shrimp stir fry meal
| 1 | cup carrots |
| 1 | cup celery |
| 1 | cup green beans |
| 1/4 | cup onion |
| 7/10 | cup bean sprouts |
| 1 | cup lettuce |
| 1 | cup broccoli |
| 12 | large shrimp |
| 1 | tsp sesame oil |
| 2 | tbsp teriyaki sauce |
- Chop all vegetables into small portions
- Defrost Shrimp
- Steam broccoli, carrots, celery and green beans together for 5-10 minutes
- Warm or fry shrimp on separate pan
- Combine shrimp, steamed vegetables and chopped unsteamed vegetables (sprouts, lettuce, onion) on one pan
- Set pan to medium heat
- Once heated, add teriyaki and sesame oil
