Shrimp Stir Fy Recipe

Makes 1 serving


Vegetable and Shrimp stir fry meal

Ingredients
1 cup carrots
1 cup celery
1 cup green beans
1/4 cup onion
7/10 cup bean sprouts
1 cup lettuce
1 cup broccoli
12 large shrimp
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
Directions
  1. Chop all vegetables into small portions

  2. Defrost Shrimp

  3. Steam broccoli, carrots, celery and green beans together for 5-10 minutes

  4. Warm or fry shrimp on separate pan

  5. Combine shrimp, steamed vegetables and chopped unsteamed vegetables (sprouts, lettuce, onion) on one pan

  6. Set pan to medium heat

  7. Once heated, add teriyaki and sesame oil
