Reduced Fat Banana Pudding Recipe

Fat-Free/Sugar-Free Pudding, together with Bananas and Fat Free Milk.

Ingredients
2 medium Bananas
32 g Kraft, Jell-o Brand Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Reduced Calorie Pudding & Pie Filling Vanilla
4 cups of Fat Free Milk
120 g Nilla Wafers
4 tablespoons of Cool Whip (Lite)
Directions
  1. 1. In the medium mixing bowl, mix 2 Packages of JELL-O Vanilla Pudding with 4 Cups of Fat Free Milk. Stir until mixture thickens.

  2. 2.Place 16 Nilla Wafers (60g)on the bottom of a small Baking Pan.

  3. 3. Pour half of the Vanilla Pudding mix over the 16 Nilla Wafers.

  4. 4. Cut up one banana and layer on top of the Pudding and Nilla Wafers.

  5. 5. Add 2 tablespoons of cool whip lite, evenly over the cut bananas.

  6. 6. Layer 16 remaining Nilla Wafers (60g) over the cool whip lite.

  7. 7. Repeat steps 2-5.
