Ingredients
1/2 cup wheat germ
1 cup sweetened coconut
2 egg whites
1 lb shrimp
Directions
Use deveined and shelled shrimp. Dip in wheat germ. Dip in egg whites and then into coconut. Fry quickly in canola oil.
