Ingredients
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1 small tomato, sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
Directions
  1. Combine cucumbers and tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  2. Combine olive oil and vinegar; pour over veggies.
