| 2 | pound ground beef |
| 54 | ounce Cream of Mushroom Soup |
| 2 | tablespoon Olive Oil |
| 1 | medium onion |
| 5 | garlic cloves |
| 1/4 | cup reduced fat milk |
| 1 | cup mushrooms |
| 1/4 | cup soy sauce |
| 2 | cups rice |
- Brown your meat. Rinse and drain, then set aside.
- Add Olive Oil to pan and saute the garlic, onion, and mushrooms. Add the beef back in, followed by the soup and milk. Warm up to a simmer and add in the soy sauce.
- Seperately, fix your rice according to the package. Serve the Gravy over the Rice.
