| 3 | cups red potatoes, diced |
| 3 | tbsp buttery spread (Land o' Lakes) |
| 1/2 | tsp black pepper |
| 1/2 | tsp parsley |
| 1/2 | tsp basil |
| 1/2 | tsp poultry seasoning |
- Dice red potatoes
- Steam until fully cooked
- Melt buttery spread, parsley, black pepper, basil and seasoning in a microwave-safe bowl for about 20-30 seconds.
- Pour over potatoes, mix and serve.
