Mexican Stroganoff Recipe

Good to use with left over steak.

Ingredients
1 lb sirloin steak, cooked, cut into strips
1/2 cup onion, diced
1 clove garlic
16 oz tomatoes, chopped
2 cups pinto beans, cooked
1/2 cup green chilies, diced
1 tsp chili powder
4 cups rice, cooked
Directions
  1. Simmer 30 minutes.

  2. Serve over hot cooked rice.
