| 1 1/2 | sticks butter |
| 8 | ounces parmesan cheese |
| 1/2 | teaspoon salt |
| 1/2 | teaspoon pepper |
- Cook Gluten-free pasta until adente. (Recommend Tinkyada brand)
- In the meantime, grate parmesan cheese.
- Cream butter with stand mixer 1 minute.
- Add parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Cream 4 more minutes.
- Drain pasta and IMMEDIATELY add pasta to creamed butter and cheese. Stir until sauce has melted.
