Martha Stewart's Fettucine Alfredo Recipe

Makes 6 servings


very fattening, but addictive

Ingredients
14 ounces pasta
1 1/2 sticks butter
8 ounces parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
  1. Cook Gluten-free pasta until adente. (Recommend Tinkyada brand)

  2. In the meantime, grate parmesan cheese.

  3. Cream butter with stand mixer 1 minute.

  4. Add parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Cream 4 more minutes.

  5. Drain pasta and IMMEDIATELY add pasta to creamed butter and cheese. Stir until sauce has melted.
