| 100 | g frozen raspberries |
| 200 | g frozen cherries |
| 1 | peach, chopped (or small tin, drained) |
| 200 | g Fat free yoghurt |
| 200 | ml skim milk |
- Place the fruit into a blender and blend until its a kind of grainy mushy texture
- Add allmost all the yoghurt and blend
- Add enough milk to make it the desired consistancy.
- Pour into a glass and top with the rest of the yoghurt.
- Add oats if you are hungry or to make it a filling breakfast and enjoy.
