| 1 | medium onion |
| 2 | cups bean sprouts |
| 1 | teaspoon sea salt |
| 1 | teaspoon black pepper |
| 2 | medium potato |

season cod with spices and place on a pc of parchment paper. slice potato and place on top of cod. Layer onions and bean sprouts on top of potato. Seal paper and tie, bake for 30 minuites in a 375 oven. Open paper sprinkle with lemon.Categories
