Cod Dinner Recipe

fresh cod meal

Ingredients
8 ounces of cod
1 medium onion
2 cups bean sprouts
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 medium potato
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions
season cod with spices and place on a pc of parchment paper. slice potato and place on top of cod. Layer onions and bean sprouts on top of potato. Seal paper and tie, bake for 30 minuites in a 375 oven. Open paper sprinkle with lemon.
