Buttermilk Pancakes Recipe

Mom's recipe of Buttermilk pancakes literally melt in your mouth

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
4 tsp splenda
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 cups buttermilk
3 large eggs
Directions
Separate eggs, mix yolks with buttermilk, beat whites, mix buttermilk mixture with dry ingredients. Fold in egg whites , Makes 12 pancakes. You may double the recipe and use a quart of buttermilk.
