Mom's recipe of Buttermilk pancakes literally melt in your mouth
| 1 1/2 | cups all purpose flour |
| 4 | tsp splenda |
| 1 | tsp baking soda |
| 1 1/2 | tsp baking powder |
| 2 | cups buttermilk |
| 3 | large eggs |
Separate eggs, mix yolks with buttermilk, beat whites, mix buttermilk mixture with dry ingredients. Fold in egg whites , Makes 12 pancakes. You may double the recipe and use a quart of buttermilk.Categories
