Indian style curry with fish. Great with brown rice.
| 1 | lb. grouper |
| 3 | tbsp olive oil |
| 1 | c onion chopped |
| 2 | tsp raw ginger |
| 2 | tsp minced garlic |
| 1/2 | c tomatoes |
| 2 | tsp green chiles |
| 1 | tsp chilli powder |
| 2 1/2 | c water |
| 1 | curry powder to taste |
- Saute fish in oil
- Remove fish and add onion, ginger and garlic to pan and saute.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes.
- Add fish, cover and simmer 10-15 minutes.
