Fish Curry Recipe

Makes 4 servings


Indian style curry with fish. Great with brown rice.

Ingredients
1 lb. grouper
3 tbsp olive oil
1 c onion chopped
2 tsp raw ginger
2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 c tomatoes
2 tsp green chiles
1 tsp chilli powder
2 1/2 c water
1 curry powder to taste
Directions
  1. Saute fish in oil

  2. Remove fish and add onion, ginger and garlic to pan and saute.

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes.

  4. Add fish, cover and simmer 10-15 minutes.
