A Lite and tasty Summer salad.
| 20 | oz crab(imitation), flaked |
| 2 | stalks of celery, diced |
| 2 | green onions, chopped |
| 2 | tbsp olives, chopped |
| 1 | tsp. fresh dill, minced |
| 1 | cup lite mayonnaise |
| 1/2 | tsp pepper |
- Flake package of imitation crab into mixing bowl.
- Chop, celery, onions, olives, and dill.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Add Mayonnaise and pepper.
- Chill for about an hour then ready to eat.
- Optional: Enjoy with a few Whole Grain crackers
