Summer Crab Salad Recipe

A Lite and tasty Summer salad.

Ingredients
20 oz crab(imitation), flaked
2 stalks of celery, diced
2 green onions, chopped
2 tbsp olives, chopped
1 tsp. fresh dill, minced
1 cup lite mayonnaise
1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
  1. Flake package of imitation crab into mixing bowl.

  2. Chop, celery, onions, olives, and dill.

  3. Mix all ingredients together.

  4. Add Mayonnaise and pepper.

  5. Chill for about an hour then ready to eat.

  6. Optional: Enjoy with a few Whole Grain crackers
