I add Benefiber to sneak in a little more fiber into my diet.
| 1/2 | cup Yogurt, Plain, Skim Milk, 13 Grams Protein Per 8 Ounce |
| 1 | cup watermelon balls |
| 2 | large strawberries |
| 1 | tbs. 2% milk |
| 1/8 | tsp. sugar |
| 1/8 | tsp. vanilla extract |
- Freeze watermelon balls.
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
