| 1/2 | gallon 2% milk |
| 1 1/2 | cups white rice |
| 3/4 | cup Splenda |
| 1/4 | cup half and half |
| 2 | cups water |
| 1 | tsp salt |
| 1/2 | tsp vanilla |
heat milk, add rice. cook 'till tender, and then hit with immersion blender-do not completely pulverize. keep cooking until desired texture (rice). add 1/2 & 1/2, stir. add salt, stir. add vanilla, stir. add water, stir. cool with plastic wrap on top, to avoid skin. serve with rose water to taste.Categories
