Chicken, pinto beans, onions, brown rice, salsa, whole wheat flour tortilla, cheese
| 1 | cup diced grilled chicken |
| 2 | cups brown rice |
| 1 | cup salsa |
| 1 | onion chopped |
| 4 | cups cheese |
| 15 | oz pinto beans |
- cook brown rice
- when rice is almost done, sautee onions. Add in pre-cooked grilled chicken chunks, salsa, rinsed pinto (or black) beans, salsa. Combine everything into one pot and mix together. Place spoonful on tortilla, cover with cheese, wrap and eat. Also good for freezing. Microwave for 2 minutes from frozen.
