Simple Shrimp Scampi Recipe

Quick and easy main meal

Ingredients
6 large shrimp
1/2 tsp fresh garlic
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp unsalted butter
2 tbs bread crumbs
1 salt to taste
1 pepper to taste
Directions
Finely chop the garlic. Saute all the ingredients until the shrimp are thoroughly cooked. This can be doubled, tripled, etc and flavors adjusted to suit taste.
