Smoked Salmon, Cream Cheese and Chive Omelette Recipe

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 tbsp chopped chives
50 g smoked salmon, chopped
1/4 tsp black pepper
10 g butter
50 g low fat cream cheese
Directions
  1. Beat the eggs, pepper, salmon and chives together.

  2. Heat the butter in a small pan - once it begins to foam, add the eggs.

  3. Move it round with a fork until it is soft and scrambled - leave to finish cooking and set.

  4. Spoon the cream cheese onto half - fold the other half over.

  5. Eat immediately.
