| 2 | eggs |
| 1 | tbsp chopped chives |
| 50 | g smoked salmon, chopped |
| 1/4 | tsp black pepper |
| 10 | g butter |
| 50 | g low fat cream cheese |
- Beat the eggs, pepper, salmon and chives together.
- Heat the butter in a small pan - once it begins to foam, add the eggs.
- Move it round with a fork until it is soft and scrambled - leave to finish cooking and set.
- Spoon the cream cheese onto half - fold the other half over.
- Eat immediately.
