Creamy Tarragon Dressing Recipe

Dressing for roasted potatoes

Ingredients
1/4 c buttermilk
2 T fresh lemon juice
1 t sugar
1 t dijon mustard
3/4 t salt
1/4 t pepper
2 T dried tarragon
1/2 cup olive oil
Directions
Whisk together first 6 ingreadients. Slowly add oil, in a slow steady stream, until smooth. Stir in tarragon. Let sit 30 min before serving
