A very easy dessert.
|
Ingredients
| 4 |
cups sweetened coconut flakes |
| 2/3 |
cups sweetened condensed milk |
| 1 |
tsp vanilla extract |
| 1 |
egg white |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Add all ingredients in bowl and mix well.
- Drop spoonfuls to form the cookies or form each cookie by squeezing it in the palm of your hand.
- Place each cookie on a cookie sheet at least 1-2 inches apart.
- Bake until golden brown, approx 25-35 minutes.
- Remove to a cooling rack for 4-5 minutes.
