Easy Coconut Macaroons

Makes 7 servings

A very easy dessert.

Ingredients
4 cups sweetened coconut flakes
2/3 cups sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg white
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

  2. Add all ingredients in bowl and mix well.

  3. Drop spoonfuls to form the cookies or form each cookie by squeezing it in the palm of your hand.

  4. Place each cookie on a cookie sheet at least 1-2 inches apart.

  5. Bake until golden brown, approx 25-35 minutes.

  6. Remove to a cooling rack for 4-5 minutes.
