For when you want a fairly low-cal, refreshing treat. I add 2 tsp. of Benefiber to it to sneak a little more fiber into my diet.
| 1 | cup watermelon balls |
| 2 | medium strawberries |
| 1/2 | cup 2% milk |
| 1/8 | tsp. vanilla extract |
| 1/2 | tsp. sugar |
I recommend freezing the watermelon balls before making. Place all ingredients in blender and turn on until everything is completely blended together.Categories
