yum! Substitute fat free sour cream or unsweetened plain yoghurt to reduce fat.
| 1/2 | cup margarine |
| 1 1/2 | cups white sugar |
| 3 | eggs |
| 2 3/4 | cups flour |
| 3 | tsp baking powder |
| 1 1/2 | tsp baking soda |
| 1 1/2 | cups fat free sour cream |
| 1/2 | cup brown sugar |
| 1 | tsp cinnamon |
| 1 | tbs unsweetened cocoa powder |
- mix first three in bowl 1
- mix next two in bowl 2
- mix sour cream and soda and whisk until foamy in bowl 3
- add contents of bowl 2 and bowl 3 alternately to bowl 1.
- mix remaining ingredients in small bowl.
- Layer 1/3 batter in greased tube pan, top with sugar mix, add 1/3 batter, top with sugar, remaining batter, last of sugar. Cut through with a knife to marble. Bake at 375 degrees for approx. 45 minutes.
