Quaker Oats with Flax and Blueberries
| 1/2 | cup Quaker oats, dry |
| 1/2 | cup water |
| 1/2 | cup skim milk |
| 1/2 | cup blueberries |
| 1 | tbsp Flax Meal |
- Heat 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup skim milk
- Add 1/2 cup Oats
- Cook approximately 2 minutes
- Add blueberries to serving bowl, sweeten with Splenda
- Add cooked oats
- Stir in flax meal
- Enjoy!
