Oatlmeal with Blueberries Recipe

Quaker Oats with Flax and Blueberries

Ingredients
1/2 cup Quaker oats, dry
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tbsp Flax Meal
Directions
  1. Heat 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup skim milk

  2. Add 1/2 cup Oats

  3. Cook approximately 2 minutes

  4. Add blueberries to serving bowl, sweeten with Splenda

  5. Add cooked oats

  6. Stir in flax meal

  7. Enjoy!
