Loaf of Banana Bread
| 2 1/2 | cups flour |
| 1 | egg |
| 3/4 | cup milk |
| 1/2 | teaspoon baking powder |
| 1 | cup sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon salt |
| 1 | cup banana, mashed |
| 3 | tbsp salad oil |
| 1 | cup pecans, chopped |
- Measure all ingrediants inot a large bowl.
- Beat on Medium speed for 1/2 minute, scraping the side and bottom of the bowl constantly.
- Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
