really yummy pancakes...fill with strawberries or nutella
| 1 | cups flour |
| 2 | cups 1% milk |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1/4 | tsp salt |
| 1 | cooking spray |
- mix eggs into the flour one at a time
- add milk 1/2 cup at a time until well mixed.
- add salt and mix well.
- mixture should be runny, thinner than pancake mix. if not thin enough, thin with water.
- spray a pan with cooking spray, then heat on a lower flame.
- pour out just enough of the mixture to coat whichever pan you are using--amount depends on the mixture.
- tilt pan to coat the pan very thinly. add driblets of batter to any holes.
- wait until the batter has set into pancake form, then very carefully flip to cook the other side.
- fill with jam, jelly, nutella, or hot sauce, depending on taste, and serve. Note, for the hotsauce crepes, add some fresh cilantro into the batter.
