really yummy pancakes...fill with strawberries or nutella

Ingredients
1 cups flour
2 cups 1% milk
2 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1 cooking spray
Directions
  1. mix eggs into the flour one at a time

  2. add milk 1/2 cup at a time until well mixed.

  3. add salt and mix well.

  4. mixture should be runny, thinner than pancake mix. if not thin enough, thin with water.

  5. spray a pan with cooking spray, then heat on a lower flame.

  6. pour out just enough of the mixture to coat whichever pan you are using--amount depends on the mixture.

  7. tilt pan to coat the pan very thinly. add driblets of batter to any holes.

  8. wait until the batter has set into pancake form, then very carefully flip to cook the other side.

  9. fill with jam, jelly, nutella, or hot sauce, depending on taste, and serve. Note, for the hotsauce crepes, add some fresh cilantro into the batter.
