- mix dry ingredients in a large bowl
- melt butter then stir in corn syrup
- mix bicarb with 4 tbsps boiling water and add to butter/syrup mix
- add wet to dry and mix well
- place dessertspoonfulls on greased baking trays and bake for 10-15 minutes at gas 4/180c
