Red Lentil Soup Recipe

hearty and comforting

Ingredients
1 c red lentils
1 onion
4 c water
1 tbsp oil
1 salt, pepper
2 tbsp tomato paste
Directions
  1. Saute onion in oil, add tom paste and waater. Add red lentils and spices.

  2. Serve with lemon juice or a squirt of white vinegar.
