My daily post workout snack....a delicious fruit smoothie, same consistency as a milshake! Uses Designer Whey Protein Powder, great way to get both your post-weight protein and carbs. 222 calories.
| 26 | g designer whey protein powder, in strawberry or vanilla |
| 1/2 | medium banana, frozen |
| 1/3 | cup orange juice |
| 1/3 | cup mango, sliced, frozen |
| 1 | ice cube |
| 1/3 | cup cold water |
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree. Be sure all your fruit is frozen, or the consistency will not be as good!
- Get out a pretty glass and enjoy! Feel free to mix up the fruit, but I feel that the orange juice gives just the protein powder right amount of sugar.
