Super quick and easy stir-fry cabbage...from Elie Krieger. Yummy with tofu for low calorie meal or snack.
| 2 | teaspoons canola oil |
| 4 | cups shredded green cabbage |
| 1 | small onion, sliced |
| 1 | clove garlic, minced |
| 1 | teaspoon minced ginger |
| 2 | tablespoons low sodium soy sauce |
| 1 | tablespoon rice wine vinegar |
| 2 | teaspoons toasted sesame oil |
- In a large saute pan, heat oil then add onion, garlic, and ginger. Saute for about a minute.
- Add cabbage and cook until just wilted. Then add the soy sauce and rice vinegar until cabbage is wilted.
- Remove from heat and drizzle with sesame oil.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
