Stir-Fry Cabbage Recipe

Super quick and easy stir-fry cabbage...from Elie Krieger. Yummy with tofu for low calorie meal or snack.

Ingredients
2 teaspoons canola oil
4 cups shredded green cabbage
1 small onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon minced ginger
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
Directions
  1. In a large saute pan, heat oil then add onion, garlic, and ginger. Saute for about a minute.

  2. Add cabbage and cook until just wilted. Then add the soy sauce and rice vinegar until cabbage is wilted.

  3. Remove from heat and drizzle with sesame oil.

  4. Add salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
