Mushroom Saute Recipe

eat as an addition to eggs or 1 slice wheat bread

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups mushrooms
1/2 cup bell peppers
1 cup arugula
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 cup cherry tomatoes
Directions
  1. melt butter in olive oil over medium heat

  2. add bell peppers, mushrooms, sliced cherry tomatoes, and arugala. Add salt, cover and saute for 4 minutes.
