Blueberry Oatmeal Pancakes--high in protein! Each serving is about 3/4 of a cup.
| 2 | tbsp Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached |
| 2 | tbsp flour |
| 1/2 | tbsp brown sugar |
| 1/2 | tbsp baking powder |
| 1/8 | tsp salt |
| 6 | tbsp Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry |
| 1/2 | cup skim milk |
| 3 | tbsp egg beaters |
| 1 | tbsp Apple Sauce, Sweetened |
| 6 | tbsp blueberries |
- Combine wet ingredients (milk, egg beaters, apple sauce)
- Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl (both types of flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, oats
- Slowly mix in dry ingredients
- Add blueberries (defrosted if frozen)
- Spay pan with PAM and cook on low-medium heat
