Blueberry Oat Pancakes (with Egg Beaters) For 2 People Recipe

Blueberry Oatmeal Pancakes--high in protein! Each serving is about 3/4 of a cup.

Ingredients
2 tbsp Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
6 tbsp Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
1/2 cup skim milk
3 tbsp egg beaters
1 tbsp Apple Sauce, Sweetened
6 tbsp blueberries
Directions
  1. Combine wet ingredients (milk, egg beaters, apple sauce)

  2. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl (both types of flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, oats

  3. Slowly mix in dry ingredients

  4. Add blueberries (defrosted if frozen)

  5. Spay pan with PAM and cook on low-medium heat
