| 1/2 | cup butter |
| 5 | tbsp. powdered sugar |
| 1 1/2 | cup sugar |
| 1/4 | cup flour |
| 1/4 | tsp. salt |
| 2 | eggs |
| 3 | cups rhubarb, chopped |
Mix first 3 ingredients together until crumbly and pat gently into a 8x8 pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon onto crust. Bake for another 35 minutes. Serve plain or with whipped topping.Categories
